California Construction Litigation

Privacy Notice

How CCL handles case-review information, optional analytics, and your choices.

Effective date: September 13, 2026

Scope

This notice applies to CaliforniaConstructionLitigation.com (“CCL”), a construction-litigation resource of Ghassemian Law Group, APC. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not replace engagement terms provided if the firm accepts a matter.

Information CCL collects

CCL collects information you choose to provide through a contact form, a case-review request, tools, or the guided web intake. Depending on the form, this can include your name, contact details, company and project information, a description of your matter, documents or answers you choose to share, and the page on CCL where you began the request. CCL also keeps a limited first-party record of a new-client phone-link click only if you allow optional analytics.

The first-party phone-click record is designed to exclude a caller’s phone number, chat transcript, full URL, full referrer, and IP address. It may retain a random event identifier, the CCL page path, general referral host, campaign parameters, and link placement.

How CCL uses information

CCL uses submitted information to evaluate and respond to a case-review request, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, improve CCL content and intake paths, and meet legal or professional obligations. CCL does not use web-intake content, contact-form content, or case details as an advertising audience or send that information to Google Analytics.

Optional analytics and cookies

CCL keeps Google Analytics off until you choose to allow optional analytics. If enabled, CCL uses Google Analytics for limited page measurement and a new-client phone-link event. CCL provides Google’s explanation of How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

CCL does not deliberately send Google Analytics contact-form content, chat answers, phone numbers, email addresses, full query strings, full referrer URLs, or case details. CCL configures the tag to keep advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals off. CCL honors a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping non-essential analytics off in that browser.

Your analytics choice

You can change the optional analytics setting for this browser at any time. Essential security and site-operation functions remain available regardless of this choice.

Requests and questions

To ask about information associated with a CCL case-review request, use the CCL contact page and write “Privacy Request” in the message. Please do not include sensitive credentials, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or medical records in a web form.

Changes to this notice

CCL may update this notice as its site practices change. The effective date above reflects the most recent site notice update.
